Translates Business and IT Strategy into technology solutions, taking end-to-end ownership from idea to delivery. The IT Operations Lead / Cyber Security Officer ensures IT service continuity and maintains the company's license to operate under Bayer IT policies and procedures. Manages IT infrastructure and workplace, long-term service agreements with Bayer, and coordination with Bayer stakeholders. Drives continuous improvement of the digital landscape, improves IT security posture, and increases employee and management awareness. Reports status, risk, and compliance to leadership. Key Responsibilities: - IT Operations: Manage IT governance, portfolio, and processes (delivery, request, implementation, operations) within the Bayer IT framework; ensure availability, scalability, and security of IT/OT infrastructure and end-user systems; manage IT services delivery including hardware, software, and support. - IT LTA Management: Maintain regular communication with Bayer and internal teams on service status; oversee compliance with contractual terms and manage changes; review and approve LTA-related invoices. - Cyber Security: Define and monitor the cyber security posture; partner with Bayer cybersecurity units and management to implement controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance; identify reporting metrics to track compliance and drive trust; support vulnerability analysis and remediation of audit findings. Required: Bachelor's degree; proven experience managing IT supplier contracts and service providers; knowledge of IT control frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT, ITIL); experience with IT policy/standards development and compliance; cyber regulatory compliance experience; strong project management and stakeholder management across levels and cultures; excellent English communication. The Enterprise Architect provides strategic architectural leadership across the enterprise. This role owns enterprise direction, architectural coherence, and cross-domain alignment by translating business strategy into architecture principles, guardrails, reference architectures, lifecycle decisions, and roadmaps. The Enterprise Architect guides and governs rather than designing project-specific solutions or performing implementation work. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect. This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the MO or IL area. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree is a plus. - 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture roles spanning multiple technology or business domains. - Demonstrated experience with architecture principles, governance models, reference architectures, portfolio analysis, modernization planning, and business capability-based planning. - Broad knowledge across cloud, integration, data, security, infrastructure, and applications, with the ability to operate with breadth rather than deep implementation ownership. - Strong working knowledge of architecture governance, cross-domain dependency management, and arbitrating architectural conflicts. - Strong executive communication, facilitation, and influence skills in complex environments.

Join a growing cybersecurity consulting practice helping clients improve security processes, systems, and strategies. You will gather business requirements, perform testing, document designs and test results, and develop client deliverables to leading practices while managing segments of projects independently across multiple engagements. The role includes identifying cross-selling and new-service opportunities, supporting sales efforts (proof of concepts, whitepapers, demos), maintaining strong client relationships, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
